This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated October 8, 2021 is by and among First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund VIII, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), First Trust Advisors L.P., an Illinois limited partnership (the “Manager”) and a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and Stephens Investment Management Group, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company and a registered investment adviser with the SEC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
