This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated January 9, 2024 is by and among First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund VIII, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), First Trust Advisors L.P., an Illinois limited partnership (the “Manager”) and a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and Raymond James & Associates, Inc., a Florida corporation and a registered investment adviser with the SEC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
