AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER, dated as of 26, 2013, between China Shianyun Group Corp., Ltd ., a Nevada corporation (“Parent”), and China Green Creative, Inc., a Nevada corporation and a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”). Parent and Merger Sub are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Constituent Corporations.”
