THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated the ______ day of August, 2017 by and among SANTA FE ACQUISITIONS, LCC., a New Mexico corporation (“Buyer”), and BULLARD’S PEAK CORPORATION, a New Mexico corporation (“BPC”), and BLACK HAWK CONSOLIDATED MINES COMPANY, a Colorado Corporation (“Seller”). Buyer and Seller together referenced herein as (the “Parties”).
