THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of June 25, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between Ron Baldwin (“Executive”) and Uncommon Giving Corporation (the “Company”).
