THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September, ___ 2020, by and between New Asia Holdings Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) with address at 11 Beach Road #03-01 Singapore 189675, and ENJU Planning Pte Ltd, (“Subscriber”) a Company registered in Singapore with address, 9 Raffles Place #58-26 Republic Plaza Singapore 048619. The subscriber set forth in the signature page hereof (each, a “Subscriber” and collectively, the “Subscribers”).
