THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of May 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”), between Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, the “Company Group”) and David Wheeler (the “Executive”).
