This Amendment, dated as of September 28, 2016 (“Amendment”), amends (i) the Services Agreement between Citi Fund Services Ohio, Inc. (“Service Provider”) and Mirae Asset Discovery Funds (“Client”), dated September 27, 2010 (as amended and in effect as of the date hereof, the “Agreement”) and (ii) the amendment to the Agreement between the Service Provider and Client dated March 31, 2015.
