This OPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 2, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), between Hefei Huamei Education Development Co., Ltd., a Chinese company and Xiaoyun Chen, Hong Liu, Shanshan Chen, residents of the People’s Republic of China (“Purchaser”) and Crown Union Resources Limited , a British Virgin Islands company (“Seller”). Purchaser and Seller are also referred to herein together as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
