THIS OPTION AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made on June 29, 2011 by and between Best Alliance Worldwide Investments Limited, a BVI company, its representative, Mr. CHAN, Mau Nam, a HK passport holder (the "Grantor") and the individuals listed in Schedule A hereto (a "Grantee" individually, and the “Grantees” collectively).
