Shantou Youbang Express Supervise Center Co., Ltd (“Youbang”) entered a security agreement with Party A on November 2nd 2012. Youbang use its owned real-estate properties as the pledge for this loan, the pledge property worth RMB 28,126,000. Youbang is controlled by Ms. Guihong Zheng, who is the wife of Mr. Wei Lin, the CEO of Big Tree Group, Inc.
