This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of June ___, 2019, is made by and between SELECTA BIOSCIENCES, INC., a Delaware corporation (together with any successor thereto, the “Company”), and ALISON D. SCHECTER, M.D. (“Executive”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party”), and effective as of July 15, 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
