This Operating Plan, effective commencing September 28, 2010, is entered into by and between FolioMetrix, LLC (“Advisor”) and The Nottingham Company (“Administrator”) with respect to the FMX Growth Allocation Fund and FMX Total Return Fund (referred to herein as “Fund” or “Funds”), each a series of the Starboard Investment Trust (“Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust.
