This Expense Limitation Agreement (“Expense Limitation Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of December 21, 2012 by and between the Starboard Investment Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series portfolio, the SCS Tactical Allocation Fund (the “Fund”), and Sentinel Capital Solutions, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Advisor”).
