This Investment Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of March 9, 2023 by and between Cavalier Investments, LLC d/b/a Adaptive Investments, a Georgia limited liability company (the “Advisor”), and Starboard Investment Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of the RH Hedged Multi-Asset Income (Cayman) Fund Ltd. (the “Fund”), a subsidiary of RH Hedged Multi-Asset Income ETF, a series of the Trust (the “US Fund”).
