THIS AMENDMENT, dated effective as of October 16, 2013, is between DANIEL K. DONKEL (“Donkel”) and SAMUEL H. CADE (“Cade”)(hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sellers"); POLAR PETROLEUM (AK) CORP., an Alaska corporation (hereinafter called "Buyer"). Terms as used herein shall have the meaning as defined in that certain Purchase Agreement effective as of May 31, 2013 between the Sellers and the Buyer.
