THIS OPTION is granted and effective as of June 18, 2014 (the "DATE OF GRANT"), by ZOYDAN GAMES, INC., a Washington corporation (the “OPTIONOR"), HYDRODYNEX, INC., a Nevada Corporation (“OPTIONEE”). This OPTION TO PURCHASE ASSETS AGREEMENT (the "AGREEMENT") is executed, effective as of the DATE OF GRANT, by and between the OPTIONOR and the OPTIONEE.
