Weyland Tech Inc., a Delaware corporation, ( “ Weyland Tech ” ) and Aurum Digital, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, ( “Aurum Digital” ) have agreed to establish this SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT in order to provide Aurum Digital with exclusive rights to deploy, utilize, and market Weyland Tech's CreateApp platform (hereinafter "the Technology").
