This STANDBY EQUITY COMMITMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of April 25, 2019 (the "Execution Date"), is entered into by and between West Coast Ventures Group Corp., a Nevada corporation with its principal executive office 15400 W 64th Ave, Unit E1A, Arvada, CO 80007 (the "Company"), and GC Investments I, LLC, a California limited liability company, with offices at 18201 Von Karman Ave., Suite 300, Irvine, CA 92612 (the "Investor").
