This Master Professional Services Agreement is entered into effective August 6, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ascension Health, a Missouri nonprofit corporation having a principal place of business at 4600 Edmundson Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63134 (“Ascension Health”), and Accretive Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation having a principal place of business in Chicago, Illinois (“Supplier”).
