This letter agreement (this “Agreement”) is intended to confirm the details of your voluntary separation, as an officer and employee and in any other capacity, from B G Staff Services Inc. and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (referred to collectively as the “Company” or “we”), to secure your agreement regarding your pay and other benefits, and to obtain your waiver of any claims against the Company.
