This CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of September 16, 2016 among PHILLIPS EDISON GROCERY CENTER OPERATING PARTNERSHIP I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), PHILLIPS EDISON GROCERY CENTER REIT I, INC.
