INDENTURE dated as of November 27, 2015 among Sensata Technologies UK Financing Co. plc, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (the “Issuer”), the Guarantors (as defined herein) and The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York banking corporation, as Trustee.
