THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is hereby executed by and between Sensata Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Juan Picon (“Executive”), to be effective as of December 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
