This letter agreement is a Separation and Release of Claims Agreement (“Separation and Release Agreement” or “Agreement”) between you (“Employee”) and Sensata Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sensata” or the “Company”), which amends your Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2021 (the “Employment Agreement”). Employee and the Company shall each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively herein as the “Parties”.
