This LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT of CAPSOURCE FUND I, L.P. (the “Partnership”), is effective as of the 18th day of April 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and among CapSource, Inc., a Nevada corporation, as General Partner (the “General Partner”), the Initial Limited Partner, as the initial limited partner, and the persons and/or entities listed from time to time in Part II of Schedule A of this Agreement, as holders of Units (the “Limited Partners”).
