Agreement made this 24th day of December, 2012, by and between Sputnik Enterprises, Inc., a Nevada corporation, OTCBB SPNI (the “Issuer”), and iScore Golf, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”), and the members (unit holders) of Company, (the “Shareholders”).
