This Waiver and Mutual Release (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into on October 23, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), between Platinum Technologies Ventures, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Payor”) and SearchCore, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Holder”).
