This Joint Venture Agreement ("Agreement"), made on 24 day of February, 2015 by and between DTREDS Consolidated Inc., of P.O. Box 20204, Washington, District of Columbia, 20041 (“DCI”) and eCrypt Technologies, Inc., of 4004 Sugarloaf Drive, Austin, Texas, 78738 (“ECRY”). The parties are hereinafter sometimes referred to together as the "Joint Venturers" or the "Parties" and individually as a "Joint Venturer" or "Party."
