This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of April 6, 2015, by and between WISDOM HOMES OF AMERICA, INC., a Nevada corporation, with headquarters located at 500 North Northeast Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75708 (the “Company”), and VIS VIRES GROUP, INC., a New York corporation, with its address at 111 Great Neck Road – Suite 216, Great Neck, NY 11021 (the “Buyer”).
