THIS SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") is entered into as of this 9th day of July, 2015, by and between TRHF COMPANY LIMITED, INC., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), with offices at Unit B, 5/F, CKK Commercial Center, 289 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong, China and HEALTH PLUS INTERNATIONAL LTD., a British Virgin Islands Ltd. ("HPIL"), with offices at Unit B, 5/F, CKK Commercial Center, 289 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong, China and Wang Bo and the individuals set forth on Composite Exhibit A (the "Shareholders"), upon the following premises:
