This Master Multiple Services Agreement ("Agreement"), effective as of July 1, 2015, is made by and between CÜR Media, LLC having its principal place of business at 2217 New London Turnpike, South Glastonbury, Connecticut 06073 ("Client") and Digitas, Inc., a Massachusetts limited liability company, having a place of business at 33 Arch Street, Boston, MA 02110 ("Provider").
