This AGREEMENT entered into this 24th day of November, 2015 (Effective Date), by and between LITERA GROUP, INC., hereinafter referred to as the "AUTHOR," and Mike Barker, hereinafter referred to as the "PRODUCER," to present and to produce a production of a PRODUCER piece now entitled My Penguin Dance, hereinafter referred to as the "PLAY."
