THIS LOCK-UP AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 15th day of November, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and among SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada (the “Company”) and the shareholder whose name appears on the signature page hereto (“Shareholder”). The Company and Shareholder may hereinafter be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
