THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into to be considered effective as of the 1st day of January, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Johnny Bolton and Johnathan A. Bolton (each a “Sellers” and collectively “Sellers”) and Bravatek Solutions, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“Buyer”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the definitions assigned thereto in Section 10 below. This Agreement shall supersede and replace any prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
