AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated March 13, 2019 (the “Amendment”), among 1847 CB, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Buyer”), Cornerstone Builders of SW Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Anthony Leopardi (the “Seller”). Each of the Buyer, the Company and the Seller are sometimes referred to in this Amendment individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
