(“COOL TECHNOLOGIES”, “CoolTech”) a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business at 8875 Hidden River Parkway, Suite 300, Tampa, Florida, 33637 and Belirti Teknoloji A.S., (“Belirti-Tech”) a Turkish corporation with its principal place of business at Ahududu Sokak 4/1 Acibadem, Istanbul Turkey and with its operational place at Pomak Sokak 3-1 D5 Kadıkoy Istanbul (“the Parties”).
