This Common Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 23rd day of August, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between TransBiotec, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Charles Bennington, an individual (the “Purchaser”).
