THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of June 17, 2020 (the “Closing Date”), by and between GLUCOSE HEALTH, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and each of the purchasers as set forth on the signature pages hereof (each, a “Purchaser” and collectively, the “Purchasers”).
