THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of June 9, 2022 by and among China Liberal Education Holdings Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Parent”), China Liberal (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the P.R.C.
