THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of July 8, 2022 by and among, Yang, Lixue (“Purchaser”), AZAR INTERNATIONAL CORP., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Hilario Lopez Vargas (the “Selling Party,” and the “Executive”). The Purchaser, the Company, the Selling Party, and the Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually referred to herein as a “Party.”
