This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of July 7, 2022 (the “Agreement Date”), with an effective date of July 21, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by Flora Growth Management Corp., a Florida corporation with a principal business address located at 3406 SW 26th Terrace, Suite C-1, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 (“Flora Management”), and Elshad Garayev (“Executive”). Executive and Flora Management are referred to as “Parties” or “Party” herein.
