This Purchase and Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among PETRODOME PINEVILLE, LLC, a Texas limited liability company having an office at 15915 Katy Freeway, Suite 450, Houston, Texas 77094 (“Seller”), on the one hand, and BAY SPRINGS NORTH, L.L.C, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”), on the other hand.
