THIS SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 30, 2022, is between NASCENT BIOTECH, INC., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, with principal executive offices located at 623 17th Street Suite 4, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively the “Buyers”).
