This Consulting Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into June 23, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Timothy McNamer (the “Consultant”) and Evil Empire Designs, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Evil Empire” and together with the Consultant, the “Parties”).

THIS SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated as of June 23, 2023, is entered into by and among Evil Empire Designs, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Evil Empire Designs”), Trendmark Industries, Inc., Wisconsin corporation (“Trendmark”), and the shareholders of Trendmark listed on Schedule 1 to this Agreement (each, a “Shareholder” and, collectively, the “Shareholders”).
