THIS SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 7, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between DUNXIN FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED, a Cayman Islands holding company (“Company”), and STREETERVILLE CAPITAL, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, its successors and/or assigns (“Investor”).
