This Indemnification and Advancement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of January 7, 2024, by and between Job Aire Group, Inc., an Arizona corporation (the “Company”), and, Courtney Jordan, a member of the Board of Directors and/or an officer of the Company (“Indemnitee”).
