Box 440, and Sprott Mining Idaho Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership (“Sprott”), the address of which is c/o Sprott Mining Idaho Management Inc., 200 Bay Street, Suite 2600, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2J1.
