This SOFTWARE PURCHASE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 25th day of August 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between AMJ GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY., a Nevada corporation, having its principal place of business located at 2470 E Flamingo Las Vegas Nevada 89121 (“Buyer”), and Dataark Systems LLC, a Texas limited liability company, having its principal place of business located at 5900 Balcones Dr STE 100, Austin TX 78731 (“Seller”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
