This CREDIT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 26, 2018, among STAG INDUSTRIAL OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), STAG INDUSTRIAL, INC., a Maryland corporation and the sole member of the sole general partner of the Borrower (the “Parent”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONWELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as the Administrative Agent, the Swing Line Lender and an L/C Issuer.
